Probiotics influence on egg production and hens immune status

Russian. Изучали использование пробиотиков в рационах кур-несушек. Исследования проведены в Свердловской обл. на одной из птицефабрик на птице кросса Ломанн белый в I фазе яйцекладки. В состав комбикорма опытной группы из расчета 200 г на тонну включен пробиотик "Басулифор-С", содержащий 2*10E9 КОЕ Bacillus subtilis и B. licheniformis в 1 г (в соотношении 1:1). . Взятие крови у кур проведено перед началом введения в рацион пробиотика и через 44 дня использования. Определены показатели иммунного статуса птицы (общее содержание иммуноглобулинов, лизоцимная активность, бактерицидная активность). Установлено повышение лизоцимной активности (с 50,40 ± 5,20 на 63,1% в опытной, с 66,04 ± 1,88 на 15,9% в контрольной группе) и увеличение общего содержания иммуноглобулинов (с 11,39 ± 0,51 на 26,8% в опытной, с 18,06 ± 1,07 на 3,7% в контрольной группе) в сыворотке крови кур, получавших пробиотик. Повышение ферментативной активности в желудочно-кишечном тракте птицы улучшает переваримость питательных веществ рациона и снижает расход корма на единицу продукции. Хозяйственный рацион кур, включавший пробиотик, статистически достоверно снизил процент насечки яиц (с 3,12% в контроле на 0,23%). Отмечено также улучшение сохранности несушек (с 99,33% в контроле на 0,06%), повышение валового сбора яиц (с 970947 шт. в контроле на 0,08%, или 810 шт. в опытной группе). Экономический эффект за счет реализации яйца составил 24 483,0 руб., в том числе за счет снижения расхода корма и его стоимости – 20 859,59 руб. В месяц на одну несушку величина эффекта составила 1,34 руб.

English. Studied was the use of probiotics use in diets of laying hens. Researches conducted In the Sverdlovsk region at one of poultry farms on poultry cross Lohmann White in the egg-laying phase I. The experimental group feed composition CFU of Bacillus subtilis and B. Licheniformis gram in 1 g (in the ratio of 1:1). Blood was taken from hens before starting to add the probiotic to the diet and after 44 days of use. The indicators of immune status of poultry (a total content of immunoglobulins, lysozyme activity, and bactericidal activity) have been determined. Lysozyme activity increased (from 50.40 ± 5.20 by 63.1% in the experimental group, from 66.04 ± 1.88 by 15.9% in the control group) and total immunoglobulins content increased (from 11.39 ± 0.51 on 26.8% in the experimental group, from 18.06 ± 1.07 by 3.7% in control group) in the blood serum of the hens fed with the probiotic. Enzyme activity increasing in the gastrointestinal tract of poultry diet improves the digestibility of nutrient substances and decreases the feed consumption per unit of product. The hens commercial diet, which included a probiotic, statistically truly reduced the percentage of checks (from 3.12% in control by 0.23%). There was also improvement in laying hens safety (from 99.33% in control by 0.06%) and increase in the total egg production (from 970947 eggs in control by 0.08%, or 810 eggs in the experimental group). Economic benefit through the sale of eggs amounted to 24 483 rubles, including by reducing the food consumption and its cost – 20 859.59 rubles. Monthly the effect size per hen was 1.34 rubles.
