The effect of mineral fertilizers on radioactively polluted natural grounds used as pastures | Роль минеральных удобрений при использовании радиоактивно загрязненных природных угодий в качестве пастбищ

The research aimed to analyze the efficiency of different doses of mineral fertilizers for increasing productivity of natural fodder grounds and for decreasing the specific activity 137 Cs of natural herbage. The trial was carried out in the conditions of the central flood plain of the Iput river of the Novozybkov District of the Bryansk Region during the period 2009-2015. The soil of the experimental site is alluvial meadow, sandy with a pollution density of 137Cs, 559-867 kBq per square meter; pH KCl, 5.2-5.6; humus content, 3.08-3.33 %; labile phosphorus and exchangeable potassium, 106-244 and 89-120 mg per kg, respectively. In the conditions of the experiment a minimum yield up to 6.6 tons per hectare in total for 2 hay cuttings of herbage with maximum specific activity of 137 Cs on average 1169 Bq per kg was obtained on natural herbage without use of mineral fertilizers. A maximum yield of 37.8 tons per hectare altogether for two hay cuttings was obtained at applying mineral fertilizers in a dose of N120-P60-K180, the changes towards increasing of doses of potassium and its ratio with nitrogen did not lead to a significant increase of yield. It was revealed that potassium fertilizers authentically decrease the specific activity of 137Cs of natural herbage while nitrogen ones increase it, however, the increasing doses of potash fertilizers invert this action. On the basis of the data obtained was constructed a model of migrating 137Cs from forages into the products of livestock breeding that revealed the use of potassium fertilizers at their application on natural pastures allowed decreasing the specific activity of 137Cs in the products of livestock breeding and, as a final result, the internal dose of radiation for a person received from milk and meat.

Russian. В период с 2009 по 2015 гг. в условиях центральной поймы р. Ипуть Новозыбковского района Брянской области изучали эффективность различных доз минеральных удобрений для увеличения продуктивности естественных кормовых угодий и снижения удельной активности 137Cs зеленой массы естественного травостоя. Почва опытного участка аллювиальная луговая, песчаная, с плотностью загрязнения 137Cs 559-867 кБк/м2, рН КСl – 5,2-5,6, содержание гумуса – 3,08-3,33%, подвижного фосфора и обменного калия, соответственно, 106-244 и 89-120 мг/кг. В условиях эксперимента минимальную урожайность до 6,6 т/га в сумме за 2 укоса зеленой массы с наибольшей удельной активностью 137Cs в среднем 1169 Бк/кг получили на естественном травостое без применения минеральных удобрений. Максимальная урожайность 37,8 т/га в сумме за 2 укоса получена при внесении минеральных удобрений в дозе N120P60K180, изменения в сторону увеличения доз калия и его соотношения с азотом не приводили к значимой прибавке урожая. Выявили, что калийные удобрения достоверно снижают удельную активность 137Cs зеленой массы естественного травостоя, а азотные её увеличивают, однако возрастающие дозы калийных удобрений нивелируют это действие. На основе полученных данных построена модель миграции 137Cs из кормов в продукцию животноводства, которая выявила, что использование калийных удобрений при внесении на природных пастбищах позволяет снизить удельную активность 137Cs в продукции животноводства и, в конечном итоге, внутреннюю дозу облучения человека, получаемую от молока и мяса.
