Contents of toxic аnd radioactive elements in crops of grain-sugar beet crop rotation under influence of long-term application of fertilizers in the Central Black-Earth region | Содержание токсичных и радиоактивных элементов в культурах зерносвекловичного севооборота под влиянием длительного применения удобрений в ЦЧР

Mineral fertilizers contain a number of toxic elements, which at an increase in their contents higher than the MAC in plants they are capable to reduce the yield of crops, to deteriorate ecological and technological qualities of products. The purpose of the work is studying the influence of prolonged application of fertilizers on the content of toxic and radioactive elements in crops of a grain-sugar beet crop rotation for obtaining environmentally friendly production. Researches were conducted in 2014–2016 in the All-Russian Institute of Sugar Beet (the Voronezh region). The experiment scheme included control (no fertilizers) and 6 variants with different doses of mineral fertilizers and manure which had been applied in a grain-sugar beet crop rotation since 1936. The maximum amounts of strontium-90 and cesium-137 were contained in the straw of cereals and sugar beet tops, mercury – in clover. In root crops there was the smallest amount of strontium, cesium and mercury, and arsenic – in barley grain. The by-products of crops contained greater amounts of toxic and radioactive elements, than in the main products. Prolonged application of fertilizers promoted decreasing the content of radioactive cesium in root crops of sugar beet and green material of clover (for 4.63–7.36 and 4.10–18.4% respectively), mercury – in grain of winter wheat and in clover plants (on 20–40 and 8.33–16.7% respectively), but increasing mercury – in annual herbs, radioactive cesium – in grain of winter wheat (17.6–23.5 and 7.10–25.0% respectively). At the same time the level of MAC didn't increase. On the content of toxic and radioactive elements in by-products the fertilizer had no effect (except straw of winter wheat, where the content of arsenic decreased by 4.17–12.5% and content of radioactive cesium increased by 5.1–11.4 %). Fertilizers improved ecological quality of sugar beet and clover practically didn't influence barley and oats and worsened a little the quality of annual herbs and radiological characteristics of plants of winter wheat in the dead fallow variant.

В минеральных удобрениях содержится некоторое количество токсичных элементов, которые при повышении их содержания выше ПДК способны снижать урожайность с.-х. культур, ухудшать экологические и технологические качества продукции. Цель работы – изучение влияния длительного применения удобрений на содержание токсичных и радиоактивных элементов в культурах зерносвекловичного севооборота для получения экологически чистой продукции. Исследования проводились в 2014–2016 гг. во ВНИИ сахарной свеклы (Воронежская обл.). Схема опыта включала контроль и 6 вариантов с разными дозами минеральных удобрений и навоза, которые вносились в зерносвекловичном севообороте с 1936 г. Максимальное количество стронция-90 и цезия-137 содержалось в соломе зерновых и в ботве сахарной свеклы, ртути – в клевере. В корнеплодах находилось наименьшее количество стронция, цезия и ртути, а мышьяка – в зерне ячменя. В побочной продукции культур содержалось большее количество токсичных и радиоактивных элементов, чем в основной продукции. Длительное применение удобрений способствовало снижению содержания радиоактивного цезия в корнеплодах сахарной свеклы и зеленой массе клевера (на 4,63–7,36 и 4,10–18,4% соответственно), ртути – в зерне озимой пшеницы и в растениях клевера (на 20–40 и 8,33–16,7% соответственно), но повышению ртути – в однолетних травах, радиоактивного цезия – в зерне озимой пшенице (17,6–23,5 и 7,10–25,0% соответственно). При этом уровень ПДК не повышался. На содержание токсичных и радиоактивных элементов в побочной продукции удобрения не влияли (кроме соломы озимой пшеницы, где на 4,17–12,5% снижалось содержание мышьяка и на 5,1–11,4% повышалось содержание радиоактивного цезия). Удобрения улучшали экологическое качество сахарной свеклы и клевера, практически не влияли на ячмень и овес и несколько ухудшали качество однолетних трав и радиологические характеристики растений озимой пшеницы в звене с черным паром.
