Features of technical and technological solutions of land reclamation development of the Far East | Особенности технических и технологических решений развития мелиорации земель Дальнего Востока

English. The article is devoted to the 50-th anniversary of the Far East Research Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Reclamation. There are considered main directions, stages and prospects of development of the land reclamation science in the specific natural, climatic and geographical conditions of the Far East. The results of research and production, experimental and design activities of the Institute are shown, the achievements in the development of original technical and technological solutions including those implemented for the first time in practice are considered. Technological schemes have been developed to drain the over wetted lands using trenchless plastic drainage in Primorye, Amur River region and Sakhalin, excluding disturbance of the arable layer and significantly increasing labor productivity. Proposed are of systems with intangible drainage (para-plowing drainage). A drainage technology of cryogenic lakes and creating on their bottom arctophilous haymaking based on Arctophila fulva grass (pendant grass) for the conditions of Chukotka. There are substantiated methods of hydration planning of rice check reducing soil weeding, agro-improvement techniques of ridge reclamation of crops of rice rotation, development of the biological and economic properties of soybeans under significant decrease of planting norms and productivity growth. There is proposed a mechanism for the organizational development of a land reclamation fund. It is stated that developments and introducing scientific achievements in reclamation are well-timed.

Russian. Статья посвящена 50-летию Дальневосточного НИИ гидротехники и мелиорации. Рассмотрены основные направления, этапы и перспективы развития мелиоративной науки в специфических природных, климатических и географических условиях Дальнего Востока. Показаны результаты научно-производственной, опытно-конструкторской деятельности института, рассмотрены достижения оригинальных технических и технологических решений, в том числе тех, которые применены впервые в практике. Разработаны технологические схемы осушения переувлажненных земель с применением бестраншейного пластмассового дренажа в Приморье, Приамурье и на Сахалине, исключающие нарушение пахотного слоя и повышающие производительность труда в 5-8 раз. Предложены системы с нематериальным дренажем (осушение щелеванием). Для условий Чукотки разработана технология осушения термокарстовых озер и создания на их лне арктических сенокосов на основе арктофилы (мамонтовой травы). Обоснован метод гидратационной планировки рисовых чеков, снижающей засоренность почвы сорняками, и агромелиоративные приемы гребневой мелиорации культур рисового севооборота, улучшения биолого-хозяйственных свойств сои при существенном сокращении норм высева и росте продуктивности. Предложен механизм организационного развития мелиоративного фонда. Констатируется, что разработки и внедрение научных достижений в области мелиорации были своевременными.
