Financial stability of sugar industry enterprises as a basis for ensuring the country economic security | Финансовая устойчивость предприятий сахарной промышленности как основа обеспечения экономической безопасности страны

One of the conditions for the state economic growth is the efficiency of financial and economic activities and financial stability of the entities participating in the economy, such as region, industry, enterprise, and person. The contribution of each entity to the economic processes taking place in the country has a significant impact on the level of the state economic security. An analysis of the financial stability of enterprises producing socially significant products makes it possible to assess the impact of the results of individual entities financial and economic activities on the level of the Russia economic security. The scientific literature does not highlight sufficiently the issue of the relationship between the financial stability of enterprises and the economic security of the state. Three enterprises leading in the Russian sugar industry have been analyzed in terms of financial stability. Coefficient and point methods as well as financial reporting data of Rusagro LLC, Prodimex Group of companies and Dominant Group of companies for 2021-2022 were used. The financial stability of these enterprises is recognized as satisfactory, despite the external threats and risks of economic activity that have arisen. The indicators that require increased attention from decision makers are identified. These are asset coverage ratio, profitability dynamics, and liquidity. It is shown that non-financial information, in particular the completeness of disclosure of data on various aspects of the company's activities, increases investment attractiveness and allows identifying additional factors determining the economic security of sugar industry enterprises. The results of the analysis can be used to form an agrarian policy at the level of both the region and the country.

Одним из условий экономического роста государства является эффективность финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и финансовая устойчивость субъектов-участников экономики (регион, отрасль, предприятие, человек). Вклад каждого субъекта в экономические процессы, протекающие в стране, оказывает значительное влияние на уровень экономической безопасности государства. Анализ финансовой устойчивости предприятий, производящих социально значимую продукцию, позволяет оценить влияние результатов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности отдельных субъектов на уровень экономической безопасности России. В научной литературе недостаточно исследован вопрос взаимосвязи финансовой устойчивости предприятий и экономической безопасности государства. Проведен анализ финансовой устойчивости 3 предприятий-лидеров сахарной отрасли с применением коэффициентной и балльной методики по показателям за 2021-2022 гг. Использованы данные бухгалтерской (финансовой отчетности) ООО "Русагро", группы компаний "Продимекс" и группы компаний "Доминант". Финансовая устойчивость этих предприятий признана удовлетворительной, несмотря на возникшие внешние угрозы и риски экономической деятельности. Выявлены показатели, которые требуют усиленного внимания со стороны лиц, принимающих решения: коэффициент покрытия активов, динамика рентабельности, ликвидность. Показано, что нефинансовая информация, в частности полнота раскрытия данных о разных аспектах деятельности компании, повышает инвестиционную привлекательность и позволяет выявить дополнительные факторов, определяющие экономическую безопасность предприятий сахарной промышленности. Результаты проведенного анализа могут быть использованы для формирования аграрной политики на уровне как региона, так и страны.
