The paper deals with the assessment of changes of economic conditions of Czech agricultural enterprises after the accession of the Czech Republic into the EU. With the help of type farms derived from the selective inquiry FADN CZ for the year 2003 (the total average of enterprises in the CR, the average of enterprises in LFA and in non-LFA, the average of conventional and ecological farming enterprises - enterprises are divided in individual and collective farms) and with the help of two economic indicators (the change of entrepreneurial conditions of a farm and the profit/loss change of a farm) there are simulated changes 2003/2004 on the economic effectiveness of Czech farms. Both indicators showed the expressive inter-yearly improvement of entrepreneurial conditions of all farm types. With reference to agriculturally extreme conditions in 2003 and 2004 at the end of this paper there is simulated an attempt to eliminate these extreme conditions with the aim to assess "the clean economic impact" of the Czech accession into the EU.
