Input power for a drive of dosage screws to one or two feed troughs in two cases - without load and when the ration on concentrate feed HD-10 for cattle was 0.4 and 2.6 kg - was experimentally verified. Results show that the course of the screw requires an input power of 1276 W (without load). In dosing the concentrate feed (ration 0.4 kg) the largest value of the interaction torsional moment reached 87.1 Nm. This means an input power of 2186.06 W at a constant rotation frequency of screw of 4 turns per second, 71.22 % greater than without a load. In the dosing of concentrate feed (ration 2.6 kg) the largest value of interaction torsional moment reached 99.1 Nm, meaning an input power of 2490.65 W at a rotation frequency of 4 turns per second. Comparing the input power without load, the input power is 95 % larger and in the dosing of concentrate feed (ration 0.4 kg) the input power is 13.8 % larger
