The work is focused on unified procedure for discontinual fractionation of cereal grain protein complex by the use of sequence extraction in the solutions of NaCl, ethanol and NaOH. The protocol was worked out by research workers from eleven laboratories, the leading member was Prof. Dr. Vladimir Fjodorovic Golenkov from Research Institute of Grain in Moscow. From results of fractionation analyses testing of the wheat, rye and rice grain it follows that under conditions of strict holding on the protocol it is possible to achieve acceptable level for reproducibility of determine values
