Attitude of Kaset tambon towards supervision of amphoe agricultural extension administrator in Central Thailand

Kaset tambon in central Thailand having in average 24 years of age, 4 parst years of working duration, 5.5 projects in responsibility, responsible for a tambon comprising 13.3 villages, 19,381 rais of agricultural land, mostly educated from technical and/or vocational colleges and having domicile in some other provinces within the central region. Kaset tambon had rather high attitude towards the supervision system in the following categories: content, method, frequency and utilizing of supervision. Their attitudes toward amphoe agricultural extension administrators were also rather high in the categories of leadership, personality, conversation, ability to supervise and human relationship. The difference in working duration had an effect on the attitude of supervision, whereas the differences in age, working quantity, domicile, type of responsible area and educated institution had no effect. Most of the studied kaset tambons had apparently no problem on the supervision. The minor claimed that the supervision was done in an error-inspected way. On the amphoe agricultural extension administrators claimed their problems to be too much side-jobs to follow up the supervision plan
