Different kinds of hormone were injected into 3 female Chao Phya Giant Catfish (Pangasius anitwongsei) of 36, 41 and 112 kilogram body-weight, for induced breeding. The first brooder was injected 3 times with hormone extracted from pituitary gland of Pla Sawai (Pangasius sutchi) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). The second brooder and the last one were injected 2 times with Ovaprim and were injected 2 times with Ovaprim and Komperidone. The results showed that the brooder induced with pituitary gland of Pla Sawai did not spawn and there was little development of eggs in ovary but spawning got from both brooders injected with Ovaprim and Domperi-done. Mud water was poured during stiring of eggs and sperms to prevent sticking of fertilized eggs. The fertilized eggs were cleaned and moved to hatch in fibre glass tank with circulation system. Hatching period of the fish was 30 hours and hatching rates were 79.62 % and 82.19 %
