Wheat seed storage in different containers was studied at Seed Technology Laboratory, Agronomy Section, Agricultural Research and Training Center, Lampang during March 1986 to March 1987. The experiment was arranged in split-split plot design. Samoeng 1 and Phrae 60 wheat seeds were stored in the cotton bag, plastic fertilizer bag, earthen jar, metallic tin, metallic tin sealed with wax and cotton bag in 20 deg. Celsius storage room (control), for 1 year. Suitable containers for wheat seed storage were metallic tin sealed with wax, metallic tin and earthen jar. Cotton bag and plastic fertilizer bag were not suitable for seed storage.
