Not all of the farmers followed technical recommendation to use the fertilizer. Only a few of replanters confronted with pest. The most importance of pest problem was leaf disease. The pest problem spread throughout the year with the peak in July to September. The replanters ignored to control pest. Not more than a half of the rubber replanters planted cover crops and a few of them planted intercropping. A few replanters who owned old rubber trees, used chemical stimulation at all formulae (which was the wrong method that make the replanters waste their money and it was dangerous for rubber trees), and some of them had some mistakes in the application, i.e., didn't remove the outer layer of the bark and the chemical and oil palm were not yet mixed. Many replanters had some errors in processing technique by using no filter and did not mix the latex and acid well along the processing. This study pointed out that some probation rubber replanters did not follow appropriate technology which recommended, especially, cultural practice (fertilization, weed control, cover crops and intercropping, tapping technique and chemical stimulation utilization and the upper grade's rubber sheet technique)
