1989
Phenthipha Arunakun | Amnuai Chonduang (Kasetsart Univ., Bangkok (Thailand))
Electrophoretic analysis of peroxidases in germinating cotyledons of mung bean (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek cv. Kampaengsaen 2), three peroxidases were separated. There are 2 anodic and 1 cathodic forms. Peroxidase activity was observed after 2 days of germination. There after, it increased slightly and reached maximal activity after 5 days. An enhancement of enzyme activity results from quantitative appearance of all forms of peroxidases
