Identification of 4 powdered medicinal plants species

Research report on the identification of the powders of medicinal plants is about 4 species, viz. roots of Acorus calamus Linn., Cannabis sativa Linn. Leaves, Cassia angustifolia Vahl. pods and betel nut seeds (Areca catechu Linn.). The identification of powders from each species also has the correct botanical name, family, common name, part used, active ingredients, used, characteristics of the powder, microscopic features and illustrations along with the explanations. This research report has proof of the identifications of these medicinal plants, the method of starting and conduction the research to show the various identifications of medicinal plants. So it is useful for testing of improve products or those contaminated before use and being able to use a standard in preparing a survey of the identification of powdered medicinal plants, also combined with a use for studying and teaching the courses Pharmacognosy l, Medicinal Plants and other related courses.
