Management of crustacean larva ia studied for mass seed production of young big fin squid, Sepioteuthis lessoniana, for first 10-days from hatching. Zoea of blue swimming crab, Portunus pelagicus, gained 3 days for 50 percent squid survival, even its low cost and convenient supply. Mysis of giant freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, gained 6 days survival but supply was limited by its constancy and difference of optimum salinity. Banana prawn, Penaeus merguiensis, from post larva 5 gained the success with 82.88 7.33 percent of squid survival. Supply was from routine seed production but constancy had to be specified for only squid production. Unit cost of production for 10-days squid was 1.01 baht/ind. with 81.95 percent for cost of live feed.
