Field experiment was conducted at the area of Amphoe Hang -Chat, Lampang province to study the kinds of plant nutrient as factors limiting yield of peanut var. Tainan 9 grown on sandy soil. The kinds of plant nutrient were 5 essential elements namely phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, calcium and boron. The results indicated that boron deficiency was prominent for peanut growing in sandy soil. The peanut showed response to boron application and it showed a tendency of response to potassium application.
