Artificial insemination index (conception rate was confirmed by rectal palpation as early as 45-60 days of pregnancy) was revealed 2.13. Peuperal period or stage of the uterine involution, first estrus after parturition and incidence of retained placenta with complication of endometritis were 29.4 days, 45.3 days and 13.8 percent respectively. Total amount of 29 milking cows were administrated by 25 mg/head of Lutalyse intramusculary subsequently after parturition, an average of the calving to first breeding interval and artificial insemination index were 86.28 days and 1.38 respectively. (one insemination dose per cow and conception rate was 72.4 percent). The average of milking cows per month throughout of the year and the dairy heifer replacement rate were 47 heads and 38.29 percent respectively. The elite cows should be selected and improved on base line data of pedigree, milk performance and fertility rate. The environmental temperature such as minimal, maximal temperature, and humidity rate throughout of the year in cold and hot seasong were revealed 16.42, 28.14 deg C, 69.84 percent and 25.32, 38.90 deg C, 83.40 percent respectively.
