Objectives of this study were: 1) to compose the supplementary reading book Forest Resources Management for Vocational Diploma students; 2) to evaluate the suitability of the appearance, content, and language usage of this supplementary reading book. As the result of the study, the researcher had composed a supplementary reading book Forest Resources Management with a story of 30th century mankind who traveled through the time machine to study their forest resources in the 20th century. In their new era, there was not a single tree left due to the deforestation by the 20th century inhabitants. The book brought the readers enjoyment as well provoked imagination and encouraged creativeness. Meanwhile it also created the love of forest as well as the feeling to protect and conserve the forest resources. The validation of this book was conducted by presenting the book to experts, forestry official teachers who taught Natural Resources and Environment subject and Vocational Diploma students to examine its suitability, accuracy and content. The book was improved and validated through the suggestions and comments. This research was conducted by analyzing the data gathered from questionnaires completed by 22 students of Cholburi College of Agriculture and Technology. The students were assigned to read the book and completed the questionnaires there after the assignment. The data were analyzed through a statistical method. The result indicated a very good average of 4.06 for appearance, 3.97 for illustration, 3.94 for content, and 4.34 for language usage meanwhile the printing yielded the highest average at 4.57.
