Maternal immunity of Gumboro disease in broilers were studied in 5 flocks (7,000 fowls/flocks). Blood samples were randomly collected from the 2, 4, 6, and 12 day old fowls for 15-18 samples on each flock. The value of the positive immune of each serum were tested by ELISA method and calculated the half-life of them by regression analysis. The average half-life of positive immune of 5 flocks were 3.6643, 3.6854, 3.5793, 4.1610, and 3.8418 days. This indicated that the half-life of maternal immune of the Gumboro disease in 5 industrial farm was 3.786 days.
