Selected Trichoderma spp. (isolate-31) which most efficiency to control Phytophthora in vitro, mixed with rice bran and organic compost at the ratio 1:10:50 used as a biofungicide. The potential of biofungicide was conducted in to places one is at Tombol Patavee the other is at Tombol Wangsam Amper Makam Chanthaburi Thailand. To pick the diseased durian and weighing the symptom level from 5-1 (the serious to the earlier symptom) 10 each symptom. Around the bush of durian was sowed by 6 kg Of biofungicide. Before and after sowing, took the soil to measure soil pH and population number of Phytophthora. The result found that biofungicide was effective in reducing the Phythopthora population and increasing soil pH after treated 2 in 10 of symptom of level 5 were died.
