Way to study genetic diversity in local animals

Genetic diversity is the major requirement of any progress in animal breeding. Genetic diversity in commercial line is limited by selection for production traits. Thus, before the genetic diversity, which still maintain in the nature in the form of local animals, will be extinguish. The way in the conservation of genetic diversity and the marker for studying both at the protein and DNA level are proposed.
