Comparison of two hog-cholera virus antigens for antibody detection by ELISA

Antibodies to HCV was evaluated from 105 pigs' sera sample by ELISA. The test which used live lapinized swine fever vaccine as antigen showed the percentage of the agreement, sensitivity and specificity when compared to infected PK-15 cell line antigen 87.62 percent, 91.89 percent and 85.29 percent respectively. The live lapinized swine fever vaccine can be used as antigen in ELIZA for screening method.
