Mycoplasma gallisepticum rapid plate agglutination antigen was prepared by using Mycoplasma gallisepticum strain S-6. The organism were grown in antigen media, then centrifuged at 14,000 rpm 30 min. Antigen was sediment which adjusted concentration of McFarland No.1*25. The antigen was demonstrated on the rapid plate agglutination test for chicken sera that had been infected with Mg/S-6. The test results indicated that the experimental antigen was position to 100 percent of the tested sera as same as the commercial antigen. Experimental antigen also positive when tested with CRD suspected sera and MG were isolated from this case too.
