Detection of antibody against infectious laryngotracheitis virus by ELISA

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting antibody to infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) was developed by using ILT virus strain NS-175 which was propagated in chicken kidney (CK) cell cultures. The antigen was used for ELISA compared with ILT ELISA kit. The prepared antigen can be used for routine detection of antibody against ILT virus in chickens.
