Mycotoxins play an important role on immunosuppression. Most of mycotoxins, especially aflatoxins, some trichothecene, ochratoxin A and fumonisin had been confirmed to be the immunosuppressive agents of domestic and farm animal. Highly susceptibility to infectious agents and impairement of acquired immunity after vaccination were presented in mycotoxins affected animal. The mycotoxins contaminated in animal feeds should be considered carefully to prevent economic loss in farms.
