Four tests of learning ability of four large-billed crow were carried out in captivity at Chiang Mai Zoo. Significant differences were shown in selection of the color of food (red, yellow, green and white), size of food (6, 4 and 2 cm) and in a conditioning test (food hidden in 3 types of model; cubic, cylinder and pyramid). The crows chose the color red, large sized food and were able to choose the model type with food inside correctly, after only one trial and error. The habituation test was done using puppy doll. The crows at first showed curious behaviour but they got used to the model in a very short time.
