The twenty-four lines were selected for the objectives of this program, the selected lines were divided into two groups by fruit length. The short type lines (8-10 cm) were UBC001-5R UBC006-1L UBC006-5L UBC006-1R UBC006-3R UBC006-5R UBC007(1)-1R UBC008-3L UBC014-1L UBC021-2R UBC021-3L UBC022-10L UBC023-3L UBC026-6L and UBC026-9R and the long type lines (more than 10 cm.) were UBC015-1L UBC023-6L UBC024-1R UBC030-6R UBC030-1L UBC031-9R UBC031-11R UBC031-3L and UBC033-4R.
