Quantitative analysis of organophosphate pesticide residues in water samples from vineyard at Amphoe Damnoen Saduak, Ratchaburi Province were intensively undertaken. Sixty samples from the ditch in raised bed were collected monthly during May 1998-February 1999. Monocrotophos and dimethoate, regionwide insecticide in the vineyard were analyzed by Acetylcholinesterase Inhibition Technique to screen the samples which were contaminated by pesticide. Then the contaminated samples were quantitatively analyzed by Gas Chromatography. From nineteen contaminated water samples, dimethoate and monocrotophos were found in range between 0.54-11.63 and 1.19-13.37 micro g/l, respectively.
