Effect of glyphosate (N-(phonomethyl) glycine) on sugar quality of sugarcane was studied at Sugar and Sugarcane Research and Development Center Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen Campus. Control and glyphosate, 80 g a.e./rai, were sprayed at 7 months after planting of 6 sugarcane cultivars. The data were collected, ten times, after spraying have just finished and every two weeks. It was found that responses of the spraying of percent Brix of F140 and Uthong 1 were not significant when compare with control while Eheaw, K84-200, KU50 and Vesta gave higher significant differences at 4-8 weeks after spraying. Furthermore, CCS value of F140 was also shown no significant differnces but Uthong 1 , Eheaw, K84-200, KU50 and Vesta gave higher significant differences at 4-8 weeks after spraying.
