Industrial scale cultivation of IFFA-3 suspension cell in premixed medium

IFFA-3 suspension cell culture in 1,400 litres tank for 21 replicates and 3,200 litres tank for 17 replicates with premixed powder of Basal Medium Eagle (BME) were studied. The cell concentration was measured after 18, 24 and 44 hours. The multiplication rate was compared to the reference standard. The result showed that IFFA-3 suspension cell can grow well in both tanks.
