Objective of this study was to determine effects of dietary enzyme supplementation in cassava pulp diet on broiler performance. One thousand and eight hundred broilers divided into 6 dietary treatments. Each treatment consisted of 6 replications, 3 replications of male and 3 replication of female, fifty chicks per replication. Broilers diets were assigned using 2*3 factorial experiment in randomized complete block design. Each group of the birds was randomly fed an experimental diet as follows: diets containing with cassava pulp 0, 5 and 10 percent (Diet 1, 2 and 3) and diets containing with cassava pulp 0, 5 and 10 percent supplemented with dietary NSP-degrading enzymes (Diet 4, 5 and 6) respectively. Results of the study showed no interaction effect between enzyme and cassava pulp level on body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio and mortality rate of birds. Supplementation of NSP-degrading enzymes significantly decrease feed intake and feed conversion ratio (P LT 0.05) of birds. An increase in cassava pulp level in the diet up to 10 percent significantly decrease body weight gain of birds when compared to that of birds fed diets containing 0 and 5 percent cassava pulp.
