Trial cultivation of Jerusalem Artichoke Plant (Helianthus tuberosus) or Sunchoke to study its adaptation on highland area at Phetchabun Research Station. The experimental design was a RCB with 4 replications. The experimental planted in rainy season (May 17, 2008) on the area was 900 meters high from sea level and the soil was sandy loam. The result revealed that the number of fresh tuber of Jerusalem Artichoke in 16 varieties were different significantly. The Jerusalem Artichoke102 variety gave the highest average of fresh tuber 10,476 kg/rai and the varieties Hel66, Hel231, Hel53 (10,464, 8,358, 8,320 kg/rai, respectively), the average number of fresh tuber was 22.7 tubers per stem and 21 variety gave the lowest average number of fresh tuber was 2.8 tubers per stem. The extra size of fresh tuber gave the average weight per tuber 36-100 grams per stem and the average number of fresh tuber was 9.4 tubers. The Hel53 variety gave the extra size and average number of fresh tuber was 15.8 tubers per stem. The number of extra size of Jerusalem Artichoke in 16 varieties were average 4.5 tubers per stem. The extra size gave the average weight 26-35 grams per tuber. The JA102 variety gave extra size 6 tubers per stem, gave the middle size 4.6 tubers per stem and gave the average weight 16-25 grams per tuber. The JA 67 variety gave middle size 6.7 tubers.
