In vitro culture of Gramineae

The tissue culture techniques that are applied at the cereals and grasses in the Gramineae family can be listed as follow: callus culture, embryo culture, anther culture, cell suspension culture and protoplast culture. In this report, some studies concerning this subject and also somatic hybridization and genetic transformation are being reviewed.
