Relations between ripending parameters obtained at the harvest time in some apple and pear cultivars grown in Van

In this study, relations between some ripening parameters such as fruit weight (g), solid content () in fruit juices, titrable acidity content () and pH values in standart apple cultivars (Golden Delicious, Starking, Amasya), and also in standart pear cultivars (Williams, Mustafabey, Duses and Coscia) grown in Van were determined. Relations among fruit weights, solible solid contents, titrable acidity contents and pH values obtained at the harvest time showed difference individually according to apple and pear cultivars.
