Triticale is a new species synthesized by man in which he combined the genomes of wheat (Triticum sp.) and ry(secale sp.). In this research the quality results of the triticale breeding material were evaluated. According to the evaluation test weight, flour yield, sedimantation value, farinograph properties and baking quality of triticale were found to be lower than commercial bread varieties
