Researches on the ecophysiological responses of various trained Italia and Semillon grape varieties

unknown. The effects of various training systems on Semillon and Italia grape varieties were determined in Marmara-Thrace Region ecological conditions between 1994-1998. The relations between ecological conditions and growing characters, yield and quality were searched. Beginning of vegetation difference was 18 days (April 3th'in 1998, April 21 th'in 1995-1997). Total temperature above 10 deg C varied 3389 deg C and 4138 deg C. Average sun exposure time was between 7,7 hours in 1997 and 8,4 hours in 1995. Heliotermic indice were between 3,9 and 5,74. Hydrotermic value was determined as 0,11 (1996) and 1,03 (1994)
