English. The aim of this research is to improve a regeneration system for shoot formation via organogenesis and to obtain maximum shoots transformation. In this research, the effects of light condition in germination stage, explant types in regeneration stage, the addition of plant growth regulators in MS medium and the regeneration capacity of some squash genotypes were investigated.
