English. The study was conducted at Horticultural Sciences Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Suleyman Demirel University in 2004 and 2005. The objectives of the study were to determine the suitable cultivar to be used as pollinators for 0900 Ziraat, a sweet cherry cultivar possessing a great economic potential for Turkey, and to asses the quality (viability and germination abilities) and yield of pollens under in vitro conditions.
