Acute toxicity of insecticides lambda-cyhalothrin and cypermethrin on Oreochromis niloticus (L., 1754) larvae (bioassay) | Lambda-cyhalothrin ve cypermethrin insektisitleri'nin Oreochromis niloticus (L.,1754) yavruları üzerine akut toksik etkisinin arastırılması (biyodeney)

Turkish. Bu çalısmada, sucul ortamlarda meydana getirebilecegi olası olumsuz etkiler hakkında bilgi sahibi olabilmek için, Çukurova Bölgesi'nde tarım alanlarında yogun olarak kullanılan Ýnsektisitlerden Lambda-Cyhalothrin ve Cypermethrin'in Oreochromis niloticus (L.,1754) yavruları üzerine akut toksik etkisi biyodeney yöntemiyle arastırılmıstır. Çalısma, laboratuvarda 25±2oC'de, akvaryumlarda statik biyodeney yöntemine göre yürütülmüs; loglogistic model istatistik analiz yöntemiyle incelenmis ve 24 saatlik akut LC degerleri hesaplanmıstır. Çalısma 50 sonucunda, akut toksik etkisi arastırılan insektisitlerin, Oreochromis niloticus (L.,1754) yavrularına ait 24 saatlik öldürücü konsantrasyon degerleri, Lambda-Cyhalothrin için LC 6.80±0.63 µgl-1 ve Cypermethrin için LC 15.88±0.65 50 50 µgl-1 olarak hesaplanmıstır.

In this research, in aquatic environments negative effects which may occur in order to have information about, the acute toxicity insecticides Lambda-Cyhalothrin and Cypermethrin which widely used in agriculture in Cukurova Region has been researched into larvae Oreochromis niloticus (L., 1754). In this study, methods of bioassay test which called static method has been applied. The study was carried out under laboratory conditions at 25±2 oC. The results has been estimated with the dose-response data were fitted a log-logistic model. The 24-h acute LC values were calculated. 50 According to the results, acute toxic effects researched Lambda-Cyhalothrin and Cypermethrin the 24-h LC acute toxic 50 lethal concentration values for Oreochromis niloticus (L., 1754) larvae were calculated Lambda-Cyhalothrin LC50 6.80±0.63 μgl-1 and Cypermethrin LC 15.88±0.65 μgl-1 .
