Akkan, S.
In this study Tunceli garlic's (Allium tuncelianum, Kollmann, Özhatay, Matthew, Şiraneci 1995) effect on the immune system of Scaly Carp(Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus 1758) were investigated. The survey average of 4.89 cm height and 29.92 gr weights of 191 pieces of Scaly carp and fish feed, which is obtained from garlic essential oil was used. During the study the fish which is in the control group fed with carp bait and corn oil-impregnated fish bait twice a day. Many experiments respectively; the first group of garlic essential oil (0.1%) was sprayed fish bait, the second group of garlic essential oil (1%) and a third group sprayed fish bait, the rate will be for a period of 21 days, not to exceed 2% of the amount of the fish body weight fed by giving. In this experiment, each fish group, which are control group, and first group fishes were fed with different doses of garlic oil-impregnated fish feed, and corn-oil impregnated fish feed respectively, 3., 7., 14. and 21.days. Hematological parameters were determined for each respectively. There has been an increase in the blood parameters such as Hematocryte, Hemoglobin, Erythrocyte, Leucocyte, Lococryte, Phagocytic rate, the Adherent level and MCV in groups which has been applied in %0.1 ,%1 and %10 proportions of garlic essential oil, such as compared to the control group. Any change in the Protein, and the total value of immunoglobin which was not determined. In contrast, MHC and MCHC values have been found to decrease. In addition to this, there has been an increase in the blood parameters such as Hematocryte, Hemoglobin, Erythrocyte, Leucocyte, Lococryte, Phagocytic rate, the Adherent level and MCV, MCHC, MHC in groups which has been applied in %0.1 ,%1 and %10 proportions of garlic essential oil, such as compared to the groups which has been applied of corn oil . Any change in the Protein, and the total value of immunoglobin which was not determined. In contrast, some blood parameters such as Leucocyte, Lococryte, MHC and the Adherent level, reductions have been identified also on certain days and doses.
