Vitamins on pistachios

It’s a demonstration that pistachio nut is an important source in human nutrition in that having a property both as powerful antioxidant vitamins (C and E) and in the structure of the fat soluble (A, E, K) and water soluble (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C) vitamins adequately. Recently, the detection of biochemical intermediates and free radicals which are formed resulting from stress correlate with many diseases is increased the interest to antioxidant vitamins. This review has arranged on the purpose of pairing up the researches that have been done on pistachio fruits which have an indisputable importance in that vitamins in terms of health.
