In Veterinary medicine, the diseases such as paralytic ileus, cecum dilatation / torsion and abomasum hypotonia which are caused the lack of motility in GIS of horses and cows, are major abdominal disorders that affect the efficiency and life of animals. The prokinetic drugs used for therapeutic purpose are used for motility restorations, coordination and stimulations of gastric, pyloric and small intestine. The agents which are indicated to be effective prokinetic provide transmissions in stomach, large & small intestines and changes of gastric emptying by stimulated contractions of smooth muscles.
