The consumer demand in conncetion with the verification of origin of fruit-juices and concentrates is getting more and more important in the member-states of the EU. The modifications of legal regulations in process are connected to it. The aim of these modifications is to protect the consumers and the fair and honest-food-manufacturers again the charges and suspicion have been raised in their minds due to the unfair manufacturers, because they might use for the production additives, cheaper fruit or its extracted components which differ from the original fruit indicated on the label
