After having presented the contents of the agricultural agreement of Marrakech, the article examines the prospects which it opens. None of the two possible scenarios (trust euro-American or " fair " competition) makes it possible to expect the return to an expansion of the production and exchanges stable and also distributed between the countries exchanging.
