The effect of genotype and feed mash on egg quality was studied. The trial consisted of 18 groups. Three types of mashes with different formulations were tested: IT - international test, mash P1 without feeds from animal sources and mash P2 - common commercial mash. Mash of each type was given to six different genotypes. Egg weight, eggshell strength, yolk percentage and albumen percentage were determined. Technological value of eggs was influenced both by genotype and type of mash.
