[The status of the material-technical basis of agricultural producers]

It is known that a land quality indicates the forming such production factors both a human and a basic capital. In this case a consideration of a state of this last one on farms groups in dependence on cadastres land estimation is expediently. The most critical situation is in the farms with difficult farming conditions (located on the lands with the lowest cadastres land estimation). The quantity of the basic techniques at the farms indicates on on-going decommissioning exceeds commissioning by tens times. Real changes may take place only due to leasing wich should be widespread and of the quantative level contibuting to restiring the material-technical infrastructure.
