[Economic and ecological-economic mineral resources appraisal: methodology and methods ]

The basic theoretical approaches to definition of national-economic values of mineral resources are considered. The economic, ecological-economic and ecological estimation of mineral resources of Belarus is executed. The comparative analysis of an economic estimation on the basis of the capitalized and discounted rent is lead. For reflection the ecological factor of operation of minerals it is offered to use lower norm of discount in system of economic estimations. It is established that the size of an estimation depends not so much on a method of calculation of the total differential rent how many on the norm of discount considering the factor of time. The ecological and economic estimation of the mineral resources of Belarus is a cost expression of their economic value in view of ecological consequences of development and operation of deposits of minerals
