[Perspective agrotechnical complex for improving the productive potential of natural fodder-producing areas in Western Belarus]

The results of the long-term investigations on working out a scientifically based complex for improving the productive capacity of fodder-producing areas are presented. It is achieved by means of selective control of weeds with specially dosed of herbicides and sod sowing of the old sown legume component with MTD-3,6. This system increases the productivity of improved haymayking in 1,4-1,7 times and provides the harvesting of dry matter in amount of 55,1-67,2 c/ha for three-year period in avarage without taking out the pasture from use in the year of improvement
