Data on studies of prophylactic efficiency of some tilosin antibiotics at the experimental mycoplasmosis of broiler chickens are presented. It has been stated that Belarusian preparations tilar and biotil show a high antimycoplasmotic activity showing the level not less than imported analogues. At carrying out the researches in all three experiences reduction of number of positively reacting chickens in all experimental groups has been established, higher results are noted in the second experience, at introduction of preparations with water, especially biotil. The analysis of hematological researches for 14 day has shown increase in quantity of leukocytes in all skilled groups and positive control. Some increase in the maintenance of hemoglobin at chickens who received preparations is noted. By the end of experience the distinction in hematological parameters were absent. Antibiotics tilar and biotil possess high preventive efficiency at micoplasmosid at chickens-broilers. The preventive effect is more strongly expressed at five-day purpose of preparations with water or a forage, antimicoplasmosis activity of domestic preparations tilar and biotil practically does not differ from farmasin activity manufacted by Farmahim (Bulgaria)
