The group of the Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian scientists and experts, before working in the field of creation of high soviet technologies in a defensive complex, has developed the newest thermoelectric-power complexes (helio-aerobaric thermal power stations) which far advance modern foreign achievements on use of renewed energy sources. It is established that along with direct solar rays the reflected solar rays are simultaneously used, the natural wind concentrated by means of specially designed wind-guide surface, combined with helio-thermal transformation, other components of solar energy shown in environment. Roughly, capacities of helio-aerobaric thermal power stations will make the following number: 1000, 3000, 5000 and even 20000 kw. The project provides uniform development of commodity electric and thermal energy within a year, irrespective of weather or seasonal conditions. Operation of helio-aerobaric thermal power stations will not lead to thermal or gas pollution of atmosphere.
